Daraz opens its DEX delivery network to Khaadi, Sapphire and other brands
The logistics arm says it has grown sixfold since it began serving businesses outside the Daraz marketplace in November 2025, and now has more than 200 brands.

Daraz is turning its delivery arm into a business of its own. DEX, short for Daraz Express, said on 21 July that it has recorded sixfold growth since it started delivering for companies outside the Daraz marketplace in November 2025. It now serves a portfolio of more than 200 brands.
The newly onboarded names include Sapphire, Sana Safinaz, Khaadi, SAYA, Nishat, Generation, Edenrobe and Saeed Ghani. The wider portfolio covers fashion, lifestyle, beauty, personal care and other retail, according to the company statement published by ProPakistani.
DEX began in 2018 as the logistics arm of Daraz. The company says it now reaches more than 100 cities and runs its own linehaul network between major urban centres. Local deliveries take up to 24 hours and inter provincial ones up to 72 hours in eligible locations, with a successful delivery rate above 90 percent. These are company figures.
Automation and cash flow
DEX operates Smart Distribution Centres in Karachi and Lahore, which it describes as the first of their kind in South Asia. It says automated workflows process more than 10,000 parcels an hour, and that the two sites can handle up to one million parcels a day between them.
Ahmed Tanveer, Daraz's Chief Logistics Officer, said: "Automation is one of the strongest advantages we bring to brands." He also pointed to payments, one of the biggest worries for online sellers. "Cash flow is one of the most important concerns for a growing online business," he said. DEX offers several cash on delivery settlements each week and gives merchants visibility over their payouts.
